How to Redeem Your Points
It's easy to redeem your points. You can redeem in the
following way:
Once you are logged in, you redeem for rewards at this
website. You select a reward and proceed to the checkout.
It's as simple as that!
Payment Method
You will be able to "Pay" for your reward by using the points
you have earned that are available to be redeemed.
Changing Your Order
The order can not be changed once made. You may however
choose to cancel your order and place a new order. To cancel,
have your order number ready, and send an e-mail to your
administrator.
Your account will be credited for the same number of points
that were required to buy the item.
Your Balance
You can view and track your point collection on your "Rewards
Account Statement" after you've logged in. Please note the
points you redeem may be slightly delayed before the change
is indicated online in your account.
Delivery Options and Timing
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. All items will be delivered
to you via your sales representative unless otherwise
requested. If items are requested to be shipped, we will do
so at purchaser's expense.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not support returns or exchanges unless you receive a
damaged or faulty item.
Account Standing
Please note your account must be in good standing to be
eligible for reward redemption. Failure to renew account will
forfeit all points within 90 days from non-renewal date.
